I love this perfume, but it's very site specific for me. I wear it when I will be outdoors, perhaps at the seaside, always in cold weather. There, it's perfection. On me, Carduus is not an urban or an indoor scent. But it's exquisite.

This is now my second favorite fragrance from the house, right after Arborist. If you're a fan of scents like Yatagan, you'll definitely appreciate this one. It whisks you away to a traditional Asian herbal and medicine shop, offering a photorealistic olfactory experience of that unique environment. The aroma is an exquisite fusion of tea and fragrant herbs, so distinct from your typical perfume.

In terms of performance and longevity, it excels. In all my fragrance explorations, I've never encountered anything quite like it. However, it's worth noting that this scent might not be for everyone, so I'd recommend giving it a test before committing to a purchase. For me, though, it's nothing short of a masterpiece. I found this scent in my ‘favourite’ lifestyle’ shop a while ago to replace an old favourite no longer in production. On going to buy a third bottle, I was told they no longer kept it in stock so I looked at Jorum Studio site only to manage to miss it.
Feeling bereft iI telephoned the studio just in case and, phew, you sorted everything out for me so I am now enjoying being back in my scent comfort zone. This is not only a very positive review for the product (much better described by you) but also a huge thank you to everyone at JS. pjr
